Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers all purchases you make through the Gable Design website and any associated platforms.
Gable Design is operated by Gable Properties LLC, doing business as Gable Design (“Gable Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
When you complete a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products
Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Downloadable PDFs, guides, and templates
- Digital toolkits and resources
- Educational materials and digital libraries
Once you purchase and access a digital product, we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Consultations and Services
All consultation services, including one-on-one sessions, are non-refundable. Specifically:
- You must schedule and use consultations within the timeframe we specify at purchase
- Missed, unused, or expired consultations do not qualify for refunds
- We may permit rescheduling at our discretion, provided you give reasonable notice
3. Courses, Memberships, and Future Offerings
Unless we state otherwise in writing:
- Courses, workshops, memberships, and educational programs are non-refundable
- We outline access terms and availability at the time of purchase
- We do not issue refunds for partial use, non-participation, or early termination
4. Exceptions
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to read product descriptions or policies
- Incompatibility with personal circumstances or project conditions
- Misuse or misunderstanding of the content
Moreover, any exceptions we grant are solely at our discretion and do not establish precedent.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
When you purchase from Gable Design, you agree to:
- Contact us first to resolve any issues or questions
- Avoid initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution
If you file an unauthorized chargeback, we may:
- Revoke your access to purchased materials
- Terminate your account or services
