Digital Product Terms

These Digital Product Terms apply to all digital products sold or distributed by Gable Properties LLC, doing business as Gable Design (“Gable Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from Gable Design, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from Gable Design, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the product for personal use only.

This license does not transfer ownership of the product or its contents.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Download and access the product for your own personal or internal use

• Print copies for personal reference

• Use the content to inform your own projects or decision-making

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the product to others

• Upload the product to shared drives, forums, or online platforms

• Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works for distribution

• Claim the content as your own or remove copyright notices

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

Gable Design makes no guarantees regarding:

• Project outcomes

• Budget accuracy

• Regulatory or permitting approval

• Construction feasibility or performance

Use of any information provided is at your own risk.

5. Access & Availability

• Access to digital products may be delivered via download, email, or online platform

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any digital product

• Lifetime access, if stated, refers to the lifetime of the product offering, not the purchaser

6. Refund Policy

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
